UnlockedMagick ("we," "us," or "our") is a Pennsylvania-based platform offering done-for-you YouTube automation services and a digital token economy built on the Solana blockchain. Our charitable initiative, Our Healing Force, supports vetted American charity organizations; impact allocation details are being finalized.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use unlockedmagick.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our platform you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile name, email, and profile photo.
Payment Information. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. After a successful purchase, Stripe shares with us your billing name, email address, and billing address (city, state, zip, country) for order records and tax compliance.
Token Purchase History. We maintain a record of every token purchase — the token type (Magick Beans, Golden Coins, Platinum Coins), quantity, amount paid in USD, and Stripe session ID. This is your transaction ledger.
Solana Wallet Address. If you choose to transfer tokens to your personal Solana wallet, you provide a wallet address. We store it to facilitate transfers. You can update or remove it at any time from your Dashboard.
Usage Data. We may collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and platform improvement.
Cookies & Analytics. We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

UnlockedMagick is building a charitable-allocation framework connected to ten American charity organizations. Impact allocation details are being finalized.
If and when the charity-allocation framework is finalized, internal records linking purchases to allocations may be maintained for accounting and audit purposes. We do not share your email address with charity organizations for their own marketing use without your separate consent.
All payment processing on UnlockedMagick is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you click "Buy Now," you are interacting with Stripe's secure checkout infrastructure. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs how your payment data is collected, stored, and processed by Stripe.
After a completed transaction, Stripe provides us with a payment confirmation, your billing name, billing email, and billing address. We use this information to credit your token balance, generate receipts, and maintain our customer records. We do not receive and do not store your full card number at any point.
UnlockedMagick tokens (Magick Beans, Golden Coins, Platinum Coins) are SPL tokens on the Solana mainnet. The Solana blockchain is a public ledger. When tokens are transferred to your personal wallet, that transaction is publicly visible on the blockchain — including wallet addresses and token amounts. This is fundamental to how public blockchains work and is outside our control.
We store your Solana wallet address in our database to enable transfer functionality. Your token balances within the UnlockedMagick platform (before on-chain transfer) are stored in our private database and are not public.
Transactional emails — purchase receipts, token credit confirmations, password resets, support replies — are sent automatically and cannot be opted out of, as they are necessary for the operation of your account.
Marketing emails — Healing Force impact updates, new token announcements, platform news — are sent only where you have given consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also update your email preferences from your Dashboard or by emailing GoldenAlien@unlockedmagick.com.
We do not sell your personal data. Full stop.
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
We take security seriously. Our platform uses industry-standard HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plaintext passwords. Payment data is never stored by us; it lives exclusively within Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant systems.
No security system is perfect. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. If we make material changes — changes that significantly affect how we handle your data — we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account before the changes take effect.
Continuing to use UnlockedMagick after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
