UnlockedMagick does not currently offer a free trial. All YouTube automation plans are billed upfront on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from Dashboard → Plan & Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not generate a refund for the current billing period, because we begin incurring real API, voiceover, footage, and infrastructure costs the moment your subscription activates.

PDF guides, blueprint bundles, and other digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link is delivered. Because the file is usable the moment you receive it, we cannot reclaim the product. If the download link fails, does not load, or arrives corrupted, contact support within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Custom Solana token mint orders are non-refundable once the token has been minted to the Solana mainnet, because the transaction, mint authority, and metadata upload cost real on-chain and storage fees that cannot be recovered. If a mint fails before on-chain confirmation due to a technical error on our side, we will either re-mint at no additional cost or refund the mint fee, at your option.
Token purchases are non-refundable once tokens are credited to your account or delivered to the wallet address you provided. Tokens may fluctuate in value and can lose value including going to zero. Not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. If a purchase is paid but tokens are not credited due to a technical failure, contact support for resolution.
If we charge you but fail to technically deliver what you paid for — a missing download, an un-minted token, a subscription that never provisioned — we will investigate and either deliver the service or refund the failed portion. Please contact support first so we can reproduce the issue from our side.
Chargebacks for services rendered in good faith will be contested. We keep delivery logs, on-chain proofs for minted tokens, and dashboard usage records. Please use Contact Support above before initiating a dispute — most issues are faster to resolve that way.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. The version in effect when you were charged governs that charge.
