By accessing or using UnlockedMagick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users including paying subscribers and Platinum members.
UnlockedMagick is an AI-powered YouTube automation platform that generates scripts, voiceovers, and videos, and uploads them to your YouTube channel using your provided API credentials. We act as a tool to automate content creation — you remain responsible for all content published to your channel.
The Service also includes, as they become available to your account: membership access (including Belonging and Creator), Magick AI as a guide / full assistant by tier, GOLDEN LIVE (our own streaming desk — not Meld, not OBS as the product), Arcade Tokens (not sold for cash; mint only by trading AI Credits at the published rate), AI Credits as paid Magick fuel, and related tools on unlockedmagick.com. Features may be Building In Progress. We do not sell YouTube Premium, Twitch Turbo, or X Premium through our Stripe checkout — those companies keep their own payments.
You may sign in with a valid Google account or with an email and password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One person, one account. Registration is unique by email. Extra accounts to farm rewards, hide history, duplicate hidden XP, or dodge these terms are forbidden. We store real account and product data safely; those rails cost real money. Sign in to the account you already have.
See our full Refund Policy. In summary: all sales are final — no refunds are offered on any plan unless an Admin role overwrites that decision on your account. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. Platinum memberships are strictly non-refundable except that same Admin overwrite. UnlockedMagick may issue a goodwill or failed-delivery refund only through an Admin. That does not create a right to a refund. Do not file a chargeback — contact support. Account Balance is credited only after Stripe verifies payment as paid; we never store card numbers. We store real account and product data safely; these rails are not free to operate.

You connect platforms the legal way only: you sign in on that platform’s official screen and approve UnlockedMagick. We may then create or retrieve a stream key through that platform’s official API (today: YouTube Live Streaming and Twitch Helix, after those developer apps are approved). We do not use your UnlockedMagick password to log into other websites. We do not scrape dashboards. Platforms with no official key API stay paste-from-their-dashboard. Keys are stored encrypted in your vault so you do not hunt for a new key every stream. All AI and content generation costs (OpenAI, Pexels) that we advertise as included are covered by us and funded by memberships and paid doors. You are responsible for:

When you tap Connect / Allow, that platform shows its own consent screen. We request the rights below so we can operate the stream for you after one Allow — titles, live, clips — without sending you back into settings every night. You may revoke access in that platform’s account at any time. Revoking may stop GOLDEN LIVE for that site until you Allow again.

Other listed connections (Discord webhook, X posting, TikTok clip publish, Instagram Reels) stay optional and only run after you approve that platform’s official screen. Scopes for those remain as previously described in the product: webhooks; X read/write/media/offline; TikTok user.info.basic + video.upload + video.publish; Instagram professional publish scopes.
After you approve, we may, on your behalf and inside those granted rights: create or retrieve a stream key, save it in your vault, reuse it on later GO LIVE presses, draft titles/tags/details, start or stop a broadcast you asked for, and upload clips you asked us to send. We do not press GO LIVE without you (or a control you clearly turned on). We do not buy you YouTube Premium, Twitch Turbo, or X Premium.
UnlockedMagick’s open website and GOLDEN LIVE public pages are all-ages. We do not put 18+ or oversexualized material on the open surface. We do not use family or children’s personal data to recommend, generate, or feed adult or sexual YouTube (or other) videos. A child who opens this site must not be dropped into an autoplaying YouTube player that then recommends unrelated adult content. Live embeds load only when a person chooses to load them. YouTube and other platforms have their own recommendation engines — we cannot control their entire network. On our pages we do not autoplay their player. Family devices should also use YouTube Restricted Mode or a supervised child’s account. Lillian’s place in this house is joy and safety only.
You are solely responsible for all content published to your YouTube channel, GOLDEN LIVE stream, or any connected platform through our Service. You agree not to use UnlockedMagick to generate:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Our affiliate program pays 5% recurring commission on qualifying referrals — for as long as the referred customer stays active. Commissions are held 30 days for chargeback protection, then become eligible for an owner-approved payout destination once the stated minimum is reached. Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed and are subject to fraud review, chargeback holds, eligibility rules, and payout minimums. Self-referrals are prohibited. We reserve the right to withhold commissions from fraudulent referrals. We may modify commission rates with 30 days notice.
Platinum membership is limited to 10 members worldwide at any given time. Platinum memberships are non-refundable unless an Admin role overwrites that decision on your account. We reserve the right to terminate Platinum memberships that violate these terms.
UnlockedMagick is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific results, income, subscriber growth, or monetization outcomes. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
The UnlockedMagick platform, design, code, and brand are owned by Golden Alien / UnlockedMagick LLC. The content generated through our platform (scripts, videos) belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of delivering the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the service. Upon termination, your access ends immediately and no refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you via email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
